I am so sorry for your loss. He seemed to be such a kind and fun person and I have enjoyed watching his various roles. He brought a certain something to the screen & you found yourself missing his character as soon as they were off camera. I will rewatch his roles with renewed joy

This is so heart breaking to hear about. As an individual who was also adopted, the experience can be an awesome one as well as a difficult one. I just am so very grateful it all worked out for him, and that he was able to forge so many wonderful relationships throughout his life. His loss is felt greatly throughout, and I just pray his family will find comfort knowing how much he was loved.

Thank you Willie for the gift of Stanford, he gave us love and humor in a world that needs as much as it can get. I will keep your family and especially your son in my prayers, I lost my beloved Dad in December to covid so I know their sadness.

I offer my condolences to Willie's loved ones. I'm not sure why, but his passing has struck a chord within me. Perhaps it's because we are nearly the same age and I have lately been pondering my mortality. Or maybe it is because I recognized in him a kind-hearted soul, someone whose frailties caused him to be attuned to those of others. It's a trait we could use more of these days. May peace be with him and those whose lives he touched.
