To the William Patterson family:
I had the pleasure of serving with Bill, on the Cayuga County Legislature, and always found him to be concerned, caring, and a great man..he had the best interests of all he touched and served, and will never be forgotten!!

To all of Bills family, your dad was truly a great friend to me. I hope that each of you will share your happy memories with each other and that you will find comfort in the Love that God has for all of you.

It was a sad to read about William's death...he lived a long life and dedicated much of his life to help others.He will LONG be remembered.

Very sorry to read of Bills passing. My father, George A. Terpening, and Bill were very good friends over many years. They were both very involved in the NY Motor Trk Assn.for years. They both shared the same birth year but my father passed away in 1994. The two traveled to many
meetings together with Al DeRoose from Red Star.
I meant Bill several times at our office in Syracuse, NY. He truly was a fine gentleman.

I am so sorry for your loss, I think of him of how he always was so complimenting of my haircuts. I'll miss him, he was a very good honorable Gentleman...
