Not sure what to say?

Willie was my 1st cousin. He was such a kind, gentle and terrific guy. He was a faithful Christian who loved God, his family and his country. He had a beautiful singing voice and he loved singing. All of us who were fortunate enough to know him, miss him terribly. I know that you´re resting high on that mountain Willie. Love you pal

I remember Will singing "Slow Down" at Faith Academy in the early `80´s. I have never heard a more moving rendition. Will always remember him and you Mallory. Great memories!

Dear Mallory, I think of you often and decided to find yous....hence I came upon Willie´s obituary. Doug and I are so sorry for your loss. One of my best memories of Faith Academy was Willie singing " Be Still" and wait,on the Spirit of the Lord. Never ever heard it done so well. Hope you and your family are well. Praying for a special blessing for you today.

Mallory. 3 days ago, I was putting books away when I noticed my Granby HS year books. I wondered about my good friends Willie and Steve Whitcomb. All 3 of us grew up in Roland Park and played football at Granby. I was saddened by the news of his passing...he was a great friend and man. My condolences to you and your family.

May God's peace surround you in this difficult season of grief, and may your hearts be renewed in Resurrection Hope. I had a long visit with Will at the Virginia Intermont 125th celebration, and have very fond memories of him. Thanks be to God!

Mallory, I am so sorry to hear of Willie's passing and grateful to know that he is made whole in the presence of his Lord. Your devotion and sweet love for him has always been an inspiration to me. Love Barbie

Deepest sympathys to the Pearson family at this time. Will had the most fantastic voice, I loved listening to him sing at Faith Academy during Chapel.

I was shocked to learn of Will's death. When I first moved to Richmond, Will met me and provided a lot of guidance in the fundraising arena. He was always generous, kind, and very dear. Heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends.

Mallory and family,

Bev and I are so very sad to learn of Willie's passing. We do find great comfort however in knowing he is no longer suffering and is at peace with our Lord. I am so sorry we are out of the country and won't be able to get home in time for his service. He was a wonderful, kind and thoughtful person who was loved by many and will be missed by all that were fortunate enough to know him. Please give our love and deepest sympayhy to your children and...
