Read MoreI met Billy in the early 80's, about the same time as Kerry. We were working I-10 from 99th Ave to 35th Ave. Billy was a sharp guy, with a quick sense of humor. I met with Billy years later when he ran Payson Maintenance for ADOT. We went to lunch & talked of old times. Billy never forgot a friend. I too, shall never forget Billy Pearson, my friend.

I worked on a survey ccrew in the early eighties with Billy. We had lots of laughs and very memorable experiences. I will never forget his smile and good nature. R.I.P. my friend.
