Not sure what to say?

God bless and keep you, Sir. You were far too young to go. Although I never knew you, I feel that the world lost a great man all those years ago. You are not forgotten.

A good man. I served with him in NC and Viet Nam as friend and room mate

I grew up with Bill in Royal Oak. We went to Shrine Grade School,
U of D High and the University of Detroit. He was a good friend. As I write this, I am thinking about many of our adventures.

I still live in the old neighborhood. Every time I go by the house I think about Bill and his family. By the way, Art and Mimi Massucci still live in the house.

I was very sorry to read about his death. Please know that he will be in our prayers. I will make sure that...

Bill, you will be missed. I can't recall ever seeing you without a smile and will always cherish our trip to Gettysburg together. De Oppresso Libre my friend. You have done your duty well, now enjoy eternity with all the Warriors that have gone on before.

Although I never met Bill, he must have been a most memorable man. He loved and honored and cherished his wife, my oldest and dearest friend, and that is saying a lot. I do not mean to diminish his military accomplishments in any way at all, because he did more for his country than any man ought to have to do, but I'm sure Susan could be quite a handful and yet he wrapped her around his little finger. That takes him to sainthood in my book. I think she has never loved anyone so deeply.
