Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear that Mr. Perry has passed. I worked at the pool with him, was on the track team 1976-1980, and learned many lessons along the way. I know this is years late in posting this Nancy and family, many condolences for your loss GO CARDINALS!

I can't begin to put into words the influence Bill has had on my life. I have coached and taught for over 32 years. Bill gave me the opportunity, enthusiasm, and confidence to pursuit my dreams. Working with him (never for him, as I couldn't keep up with him - as he taught me to roll up my sleeves and just do it if you wanted it done!) in the summer rec and track programs has always been some of my fondest memories. He was my coach, teacher, boss, and most importantly a great friend. If I...

As I sit here with a smile on my face thinking of a moment in time almost 30 years ago. Bill loved his runners and it showed so brightly this day just like i am sure it happened countless other times. I remember just me and him shopping at meijer many years ago. Going up and down all the aisles shopping for groceries to last over a week for his entire cross country team. Bill put so much effort for his teams. Although I ran just 2 years for Bill we had such a fabulous time at the end of...

To the family of Bill Perry, especially Susan & Hank, our dear friends from Timbers. We are saddened by your loss of your dad this past week. I know he was special, because of comments I've heard about him in our area, even before we knew of his death. At a service yesterday, a lady told me about him being her teacher & how she thought the world of him. May you be comforted by the Lord's peace & the love of many toward you. We'll be in touch by prayers & friendship, always.

I knew Mr. Perry as a Teacher, a coach, a neighbor, but mostly as a friend. He was a wonderful man that will be sadly missed. R.I.P.

Coach Perry was such a wonderful man. He taught me so much. I learned about hard work and dedication. He always encouraged everyone even if you weren't the best on the team. He always had a smile on his face. Condolences to the family. He was the best and I loved my summers spending time running the Hershey track program because of him.

Mr. Perry was so proud of me! I came in last in the track meet with Owosso, but he was proud of me because I finished! I love you, Mr. Perry. Thank you!

Coach Bill Perry taught me many of the lessons that I have carried throughout life. Coach Perry didn't tell me to run, he ran with me teaching technique, attitude and belief in myself. He was a true hero to the many young men whose life was touched in a positive way. Best Wishes and condolences to his family. Class of '65.
