William "Bill" Perry

Bill was my oldest cousin, so far apart in age that he called me his neice. Only met him a few times but I gathered he was a kind, peaceful person. I'll bet he's playing a little cribbage on the other side. My heartfelt sorrow for the loss to those closest to him. Kerry Tobey
