Not sure what to say?

I’m saddened to only learn of his passing at this late date. Many of us would have attended his service and offered our sincerest condolences. He was a man’s man, a role model, and will be sorely missed. Until we meet again dear friend.

I met Bill over the wargame table. He was a regular attendee at our wargames held by the New Jersey Miniatures Society. I will remember him as a true sportsman, a very good and enthusiastic player, an amiable gentleman, and a fellow officer. We will miss him.

I met Bill in John Stanoch’s wargame basement back in 2002. We were Wargaming friends until I relocated to Tampa in 2017 though we saw each other at HMGS conventions. I remember dining with him and his wife and gaming at his home. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and will miss him. My deepest condolences to his family.

When I came to work at the KC-10 training facility in 2000, Bill was one of the first folks I met. His enthusiasm for his job was obvious. His laughter in the instructor office was an everyday event for us all. He leaves us with many great memories. My condolences to you all.

In loving memory of a wonderful brother in law. We always enjoyed an intelligent and high spirited exchange!! Rest in peace Bill.
