Not sure what to say?

I just found about Bill's passing today as part of the EHS possible 30 year reunion. Bill was very close in my heart, being the only two trombonists in our grade. We had lots of laughs in band, and he was one smart cookie too. I still wonder about half the stuff he said to me in french. I am so sorry your life ended so early, but I know you lived your life every day like it was your last. You left an amazing impression on all, and you will be truly missed by me.

Sadly, I just learned of your passing as your friends and other EHS '83 grads are planning for the 30 year reunion next year. Many of us were hoping to see you there until we found out you were no longer with us. Haven't seen you since graduation but have never forgotten you, your smile and your laugh. It would have been wonderful to see you again. R.I.P. my friend.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill for some years at J&J and he always had a sunny and often very funny outlook, particularly US and English differences. Sadly we lost touch over the last few years but sorely missed. My thoughts are with his family. Michelle Oakley

My heart goes out to the entire family, may God Bless you all and give you comfort. Sue Gajewski (Mum of Karen (Mikolajczyk) DeGuilio ( Who went to Edison High with Bill.)

Billy,
Words cannot express the sadness I feel knowing you are no longer with us. Even though it has been 30 years since we last saw each other, I thought about you often. You were one of the best friends I have had in my life. You were a sweetheart who could always make me laugh. Your smile lit up a room. It's good to know that you never changed. I have missed my friend and now I miss you even more (especially your hugs). You have always had a special place in my heart and you...

Dear Ellie,
I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Billy as a little boy and what a love he was. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

To all of Bill's family & friends,
There wasn't a single moment I can remember where Bill wasn't anything but happy and wonderful. He will be missed so much but his love and generosity lives on in all of us lucky folks who knew him. With Love, John-Whitley.

I'm very glad I had the opportunity to meet you Bill. You always lit up a room and had a smile on your face. I love that about you. You will be missed friend! - Amanda
