TO THE PETERSON FAMILY: I HAD MR. PETERSON AS A COACH & TEACHER IN 6th GRADE AT CLARKSVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL. I ADMIRED & RESPECTED HIM VERY MUCH. HE HAD UNBELIEVABLE PATIENCE & WAS ALWAYS EXTREMELY POSITIVE. I, AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS, ARE MUCH BETTER PEOPLE FOR HAVING GROWN UP AROUND MR. PETERSON'S INFLUENCE AND DIRECTION. Bill was an outstanding coach and teacher. Most of all he truly cared about his students/players. He treated everyone fairly and honestly. I'm very thankful and appreciative for the guidance that he gave to my son, Jerald.
