He was always a pleasure to stop and talk with during our time together at Municipal Hospital, so sorry for your loss.

Billy Phelps a childhood friend that we grew up together on Castle St off of Sumner Ave. I can recall those days like they were yesterday. Billy was an excellent baseball player and a good friend. I´m deeply saddened to hear of the loss of my uncle Bill. Although we live far away, and don´t see each other often, he and the rest of the Phelps family are always close in my heart. My love for my cousin Brian runs very deep as we were especially close as children...and those bonds will never break. My heart aches for you and your children as you process this significant loss. I send my love and virtual hugs to you all, and a picture of Bill and my son Austin, until I see you again...
