Not sure what to say?

I sure miss you, Bill

The best friend anyone could have or want. I will miss him dearly. May he rest in peace with his deceased family members, friends and Christian Brothers! Prayers and condolences to Monica and his surviving family.
Ecce quam bonum et quam jucundum habitare fratres in unum!

Chris, Toby, Poca and I are among so many who will miss seeing Bill's ready smile and endless affection for dogs and love for neighborhood. Garfield Park is one of his many legacies. We will all miss you, Bill. Love to Monica, Heidi and the rest of the family.

Sorry for your loss may you draw comfort from Gods word at Hosea 13:14 Sincerely. L Ohio

Bill was a pillar of the community and a positive force for good on Capitol Hill. He was also a kind, thoughtful and wonderful neighbor and fellow dog lover. His kindness, generosity, goodwill and smile will be sorely missed.

A remarkable and very, very kind man with an engaging smile and quick wit. I am so saddened to hear of his passing. Deepest sympathies to Monica and to Bill's family.

I will always remember Bill teaching me & Kevin how to make Popeyes at the Duquesne (a huge treat for breakfast there). I'll miss trading dog stories with you, Uncle Bill.

Even though we never met I can tell you were a great man from the things your son has told me about you. Rest in Peace Mr. Phillips, I know you will be missed dearly by your friends and family.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family of Mr William Phillips. Sincerely Jane McGregor/Client
