Not sure what to say?

Sad to see that we lost another great one too soon. You will be missed.
Robyn Ambrose Godfrey - Bolles Class of 73

Kudos to you Billy Phillips, having a loving family, good friends, good food, and lots of fishing is a life well lived. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Phillips family.

Billy was such a character and he had a knack for saying just the right funny thing exactly when needed. Very few of us from the Bolles Class of 1973 even knew he was sick. I called him to recruit him for our 45th class reunion held in April 2018. He told me he was too busy working to keeping on living to even consider time for a class reunion. He said he was in the fight of his life. Right then, I knew he was not only funny but courageous too.
Billy, I hope the fish in Heaven are...

Billy sure going to miss you! I thank you for all the great meals you prepared and shared with many of us in your driveway! It was always fun and a new adventure and you and Scott saving the world! Rest in Peace dear friend until we meet again, big hugs! Ann sorry for your loss.

Bill was always full of life and lived his life too the fullest! We met at Auburn and Bill and Jay was the party animals. Through out the years we stayed in touch and I'll miss him. May you Rest In Peace Bill and May The Good Lord watch over you.

We had the privilege of hanging with Bill many nights in his driveway. He was always the gracious host and cook. We will miss you Bill.

Billy you were such a special friend to Jimmy Lee and I I remember the 2 of you sitting Out by the fire pit telling stories until the wee hours of the morning. The many parties we had at our house and the food that you always brought what an amazing cook you were but more than anything you are a loyal friend. It saddens my heart that we will no longer get to share your memories with you here on this earth but I am certain that you are in heaven sitting on a river bank with a fire burning...

We will miss you mucho!!
