Msgr. Bill was an extra ordinary priest. He was loving, caring and he cried with you when you had a crisis. Meeting with him was always a joy for me, whether or not we cried together. I certainly miss him dearly. Rest in Peace Msgr. Bill. I will always LOVE you!

I met father pickard in Guatemala my home town. In a church by the name of Jesus Obrero.i always going to missed. him

I miss the music,dancing,singing and the spirit he bought to any occasion.

I have been praying for Msgr. Bill. He was loved by so many families at St. Benedict after tending the flocks at St. Benedict for 12 years. Rest in Peace Fr. Bill. You will always be in our hearts and we will always love you!

Fr. Bill was an extraordinary Priest. He love people and people loved him. I met Fr. Bill in 1977 at St. Benedict the Abbot Catholic Church. I loved him from the day that I met him. He was kind, caring and very love-able. If you met with him to discuss a situation that you had, he felt your pain and he cried with you. Fr. I have fond memories of Father Bill during his time at St. Theresa Church. One Sunday mass, my daughter Regina was alter server and for some reason she was the only one assisting that mass with Father Bill, just the two of them. She was doing everything to help him and after the mass, Father Bill wanted everyone to give her a round a applause for doing such a great job. He was thoughtful and kind.
