Not sure what to say?

He married my Grandma Jackie when I was 4. As my grandfather had passed when I was barely born, He was my grandpa! I remember sitting with him making ice cream and watching as he tended to the garden, what a garden. I will always look back fondly as I remember the stories of relocating squirrels, driving 3 hours to get a hamburger from their favorite place, playing Chinese Checkers, and watching Braves games together. I love you!

Bill Jr. came to live with our family at the time he was attending Elementary and through High School .Our family accepted him as a brother. He adapted very quickly to farm life and joined my brother in small chores around the dairy farm. The farm afforded many good times as we grew up. Bill made friends easily and was a thoughtful and kind person. Our family was enriched by his presence as a youth and as an adult. My Thoughts and prayers to Carolyn and David. Nell Plott Cain, B"ham,Ala.

I am sadden to hear of "Bill"s death, my sincere condolences to the Plott family.I worked several years with Bill at the BHM ATCT.I found him to be an outgoing person who couid take a joke with grace and was willing to share his knowledge and experience without having to be prompted. I learned a lot about my profession and people during my years around Bill.God's Blessings to his family. He was a Good man.

Bill was a very special cousin and adopted brother as he lived with my family while attending Aliceville Elementery and High School. My condolence to David and Carolyn. You were blessed to have him as your father. Jean Plott Leavelle
