Not sure what to say?

Bill was a true "Southern Gentleman" and a mentor to me during my pledge year at Alabama Beta. He and my Dad (also an Ala. B Phi) developed a friendship when they worked together at Rust Engineering. May God's Grace give you and your family comfort.
Kennard Howell (Ala. B, '54)

I worked for this man at Rust in the mid 60's. He was by far the smartest man I have ever known. He was a great boss and I thoroughly enjoyed coming to work for him. There was no better Project Manager in any firm than Bill Poor.

Frances, we were sorry to hear that Bill passed away. Thinking of you and your family during this time. Sincerely, Donna and Jim Jowers

Dear Frances, Teresa and Russell,
As when I was a child, I will never forget the tall man down the street with the tiny wife. I love you dearly and you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Debbie Russell Grebel

Dear Mrs. Poor, Teresa and family,
I am so sorry to learn of your loss. Mr. Poor was always so gracious to Adam which makes him a wonderful man in my book. I know you will miss him dearly, and pray you find comfort in the warm family memories and Peace, which can only come from our Lord.
With much love,
Peggy and Allen Blood and family.

In loving memory to a wonderful man. You will always live in our hearts and prayers.

Love, Robert C. Poor's Family

You are in my thoughts and prayers

Jean May
