Bill and I worked very close at UPD when I set him up with the FIRST vehicle that was powered by Natural Gas. Bill was very proud of his UPD vehicle that was only used by him. He took it home and cared for it.

I was saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I knew him in grade school, less so in high school. He was a decent, kind person and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
