Not sure what to say?

I was so sad to hear about my Great-Uncle Bill's passing. I have many fond memories of Uncle Bill and Aunty Wandy as I was growing up. Uncle Bill was always there for me, and I admired his kindness and work ethic. Uncle Bill, you will be missed!

Mr. Powers was a true gentleman and a wonderful man to work for. My sincere condolences to all of his family and friends. Doris LaRose-O'Brien

My Uncle Bill will always hold a special place in my heart, and also in my family's. Have missed seeing him but have prayed our Lord's blessings for him. Our deepest condolences!

We will never forget the wonderful times spent together especially all the laughter over Bill's stories and jokes! He brought a lot of joy and happiness to his wonderful soulmate, and together they were the most delightful couple to be around. God Bless you, Phyllis and Fran

Enjoyed working for Mr.Powers back in the mid 60's,always a gentleman and a hard worker.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Powers passing. Such a kind, thoughtful man, always willing to lend a hand to anyone, anytime, including me as a teenager when he employed me in the mailroom of the Springfield Union News. Love to his family and friends and may he rest in light and peace.

I was blessed to have Wanda and Bill as neighbors for over 20 years. Bill would attend our sons football games at Cathedral, his alma mater. Even though they moved to Reeds Landing many years ago we would still stop by and visit them. After Wanda passed we still stayed in touch with Bill. He was a wonderful neighbor.

Joseph P. Flanagan, brother of Richard, sends his condolences. i knew bill (porky) for over 65 years. he was one of the finest men i ever knew. Richard spoke to me often of his breakfasts with Bill.God bless you.J

I was very lucky to have met and enjoy projects with Bill. Rest in peace.
