Not sure what to say?

I have known Bill since 1980, first as colleague and then as friend. His quick wit and way with words is legendary and his performance in the courtroom always memorable. His wife Kathy and family were his life and he loved them dearly. My husband Roger and I are fortunate to have the Prahl family as part of our life. We have unforgettable memories of time spent with them and of travel with Bill and Kathleen to Alaska, Hawaii, Palm Springs, Paris, Disneyland and more. He will be missed.

My prayers are with you family.

My sympathies to Bill's family. I know he doted on all of you. He was a smart guy, a great lawyer--but best of all, he had a hilarious sense of humor!

I am saddened to hear of Bill's passing. He and I had some good times while he was my legal advisor at the AG's Office.
We often travelled together to conferences all over the United States and one trip to San Antonio stands out.
