Such sorrow to hear that Billy passed so soon. He will always be remembered for the boy, the teen, the son, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend and brother. Many adventures along that journey and many dreams met through perseverance. Loved

Just heard of Bill’s passing, loved him as a friend, always had your back, lots of great memories of him.....

I had the privilege of knowing Mr. Prescott as one of his caregivers. During our time together, I noticed that he was very kind and appreciative to everyone he encountered. He also had a witty sense of humor about everything we talked about. And he would always say something to make me smile and brighten my day!! I will truly miss him- I will miss our conversations about family, friends and especially about food!! But I know he is in a better place now.

Will be dearly missed as a friend and a mentor to me in life . Had a lot off good laughs thru the years I got to know and treasure your friendship

You will be missed. The memories of our days at the boat club, staying over nights under the bridge at Las Olas, and many, many other good times brings a smile to our faces until we see you on the other side. ❤

Bill was the first person I met on the day we were hired at Carnival Airlines back in 1990. We have remained friends from that day forward. Many shared travels around the world and if Bill was your friend there was no greater friend in the world. I am going to miss him terribly. I have great memories and will keep Bill in my mind and heart. I salute you as you go west my friend.
