Not sure what to say?

When I first joined NVPS, it was Bill who encouraged me to enter competitions and showed me the ropes. After one of my entries was judged, Bill suggested an improvement and taught me how to burn and dodge using a 50% gray soft light layer. When I look at that image today, I think of him and the improvement he suggested. It is an artsy image of my chorus director's hands and has been sold and used by that chorus in many ways.

We were members of the 1955 Hagerstown High School graduating class. I remember that he and Bill Van Ostrand and I, along with others, "hung out" at Doc's drug store. I remember Bill from my high school days in Hagerstown, IN. We were in the Explorer Scouts and Army Reserve together. I also thought highly of him. Sorry for your loss.

I have spent time with Bill and Ann at their home and with his family. He was always warm and welcoming to my family. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I reported to Bill in the summer of 1983 as an intern at the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services, in Southwest D.C. He made a lasting impression on me. My thoughts & prayers are with the Prosser family.
