Not sure what to say?

From Bill's obituary, he lived a full, giving life. So sorry he had that terrible disease.
India, Libby, and Ed are the only family members I know. We have had the pleasure of Fox Hunting together. I care that you are hurting. Spending time with God , as I'm sure you have done over the previous months, does help. And I pray that you will know his comfort.

I had the pleasure of playing a round of golf with Mr. Pruitt and I am a better man for it. With one round of golf I feel like I had made an old friend. We had such a great time and he was truly a class act and very well respected. I also have the pleasure of knowing his daughter Amien and her beautiful family. They exude the same attributes Bill did in his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with your families. Trent Overboe and Family.

I attended both Chatham High School and Virginia Tech with Bill and am very sorry to hear the sad news. He was a fine person. God bless you all.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

It is so sad to hear about the passing of Mr. Pruitt. I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to work under him at Central Fidelity/Wachovia. He is a true gentlemen, a wonderful leader and mentor and will be missed. My heart goes out to all his family at this time of sorrow. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Skeeter Cox

entire family in your time of grief.
Bill will truly be missed!

Bill was one of the best credit minds in banking. He was not only my manager but my mentor and friend for many years and I couldn't have asked for a better role model. We will miss his infectious smile, positive spirit and love of life. My prayers are with the entire family during this difficult time.
