Not sure what to say?

"My thoughts and prayers go out to Bill's family. I went to Lakewood High School with Bill and played on the same football team. We were glad he was on our side. He also was a great 1-on-1 volleyball player.
He always had a good word for everyone he met. He will be missed by the class of 57"
Joe "Spike" Spykstra (Loveland CO)

Sorry to hear of Bills' passing. I attented Lakewood High School with Bill and remember him well. I also enjoyed seeing him at our 50th class reunion at both events. I'm sure it was a struggle for him to attend but so glad he did. Keep thinking of all the wonderful and happy memories, Sincerely, Gerry Keiser

My deepest sympathy to all in the loss of dear Bill, who meant so much to so many. As a former '57 LHS classmate, I'll always remember Bill's smile and the happiness he conveyed. He was a special man.

Sincerely, Marlene Major

I was at Lakewood Jr High and Lakewood High with Bill and camped and hiked with him and Scout troop 179 for several years. Enjoyed talking with him at our 50th reunion for the class of 1957. My thoughts and prayers are with all the members of his family.

We're sorry for your loss. Uncle Bill will be missed.

Please accept my condolences at this most difficult time. My heart goes out to all of you.

Willy will be sadly missed as he was well respected in the denver newspaper comunity. I worked with Willy durring the late 70's and early 80's as his apprentice at the rocky mountain news. He was a great teacher of the printing trade, also he could knock the cover off of a tennis ball!! God Bless! Willam (WILLY) Pugh. michael malingowski
