William E. "Bill" Quayle

My sympathies to the Quayle family. I played football at John Marshall while Mr. Qualyle was the coach (graduating 1969.) May God bless him and his family

You and your family have our deepest sympathy for your loss. I attended JMH from 1965-68 and had Mr. Quayle as a gym teacher several times. I enjoyed his classes and because of him joined the US Navy in 1969. My fondest memories are of him teaching us gymnastics. He will be missed by all that knew him.

My sympathies to all of Bill's family in this time of sorrow and reflection.

Bill, please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire wonderful family.Your Dad certainly was a man of honor and loved reading the tributes from his friends and students. We know you were all so very proud of him...and his memories will live on in your hearts.

Although the memories come from a long time ago (Bay High's class of '54), I remember Bill as a fine guy with a great coaching ethic.

Dear Bob, and family, Althougth did not know your father very well, I had the opportunity and pleasure to know many of the Quayle siblings. If there was a legacy left by your father it was a calmness, gentleness and kindness that has been an indelible attribute of the Quayle family.
