Not sure what to say?

Bill was one of the most sincere..warmest & caring man I've ever known. I was an RN at Hospice and Bill #1 Volunteer in my book. He always stopped to talk and share some present happenings and past memories with me. He was truly a very special person who I will always miss. I wish him a Happy Birthday every Christmas!

Bill was many things : a patriot, an even keeled professional, a helping educator, a Loughlinite, a person who remembered his Navy days wearing his "dixie cup" so proudly, a religious man, a one of a kind man, a man who embodied all the best of humanity. He enjoyed the movie " It´s a Wonderful Life." He personified what was meant by the word "wonderful." And it is time to get your wings just like Clarence did in that movie. Now, Bill you can enjoy flying around in heaven. God Bless !

I recall Bill Quinn as a very nice, kind person. He was coordinator of Tottenville Evening School. I was the teacher of Art ( for those adult classes) : Drawing and Painting, and from 1980 - 1986. Bill was always personable and respectful.

So sorry for your loss your dad will be missed by family and friends

Bill Quinn was a wonderful role model and a loving man. He was so proud of his Irish heritage and his wonderful family. He will be greatly missed.

I have wonderful memories of Bill from when we worked together at THS! What a wonderful man ! My sympathies to the family . May your memories give you peace

Rest in peace Bill.

Bill Quinn was one of the kindest..most loving..caring and sincere man I ever had the good fortune of knowing and being good friends with. I was a Hospice RN and Bill a devoted Hospice volunteer for many years. He gave so much of himself to others. I'm not in New York right now or I would be there personally to say good bye to him. I will continue to wish him a Happy Birthday every Christmas. My condolences to all his family.
