Pat, I will pray for you and your family during this difficult time. May the good memories support and sustain you now and in the future.

Pat and Phil and the Rabun family,
My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. Your dad was one of the finest men that I have ever known. I bought advertising from him for many years when he was at the Telegraph, and I could always trust him because of his honesty and integrity.

He was a gentleman who lived his life in an exemplary manner. I am glad that the Lord allowed our lives to cross back in the 1980s.

May He grant you His peace as your lives go on without...

I hope all of you know how sorry we are for your loss. Dad called me after a phone call from Aunt Betty Washburn. I wish I could've had time to bring Dad. Our deepest condolences.

I am Lynwood G. Collins Jr.(also 81) , Billy and I were playmates during the 1940's. I lived on Jeffersonville Rd. and he lived on Rose Drive in Cross Keys . His Mother was a Hadaway. Her brother, George was married to my Aunt, Catherine Jones Hadaway. Their Daughter, Billy's Cousin, Janelle Hadaway Findlay (Birmingham) passed away recently. Our playmates also included Ann and Sonny Henderson, Lib Henry, Roy Johnson, L.E. Sawyer, Max Shaw, Dan Scarborough, Annette...

He was one of my most favorite people EVER! I will always remember his wonderful laugh and strong faith. He provided more love and encouragment to me than you can ever imagine. Your entire family will always hold a very special place in my heart. Mr. Billy was a treasure to all that ever knew him. May God keep you all strong. Much love and many prayers to all of you.

I AM SAD TO HEAR OF THE DEATH OF MR. RABUN. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH ALL OF YOU DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME.
