To Billy’s family. Just read of his passing in the Record. I would like to pass on my and my family’s condolences.
Rarely ran into Billy but when I did he would say “Dusty”as Billy and the Racicot knew me when my family first moved to West Springfield. His greeting brought back a lot of good times at 254.
The country lost another honorable veteran. God bless you and your family Billy.
