Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I was so sad to hear of Bill's passing. We have known each other since kindergarten, and were fast friends. He was such a good person. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. I'm sorry I couldn't make it to the memorial

I'm so very sorry for your loss. May God bless you and your family during this difficult time I met Bill when he started working at EASD. He was a such a great person, always had a smile on his face, and willing to help others who needed it. It was a pleasure to work with Bill over the years and to consider him a friend. Bill you will truly be missed

So sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. Great person who truly cared about the students of the Easton Area School District. Always made sure that our baseball program and camps were taken care of. We will miss our conversations with Bill at our High School Basketball Games when he was working concession and we were running the games. Bill always found a way to make us laugh. RIP Bill.

I got the awful news last Monday,I was in shock.I knew Bill since I was about 14,I also worked with him for 20 yrs. at The Express -Times,we kind of lost touch after we left the Express, but we did see each other from time to time after that and it was like we didn't miss a beat.Bill was a great guy and a great friend I will miss him.My condolences to all of the Raisner family and friends.Until we meet again,R.I.P. Bill.

I worked with Bill at the Express and then later I caught up with him again in the school district. He had a way of greeting you with such a kind smile and he was ALWAYS ready to jump in to help. There were so many times I'd be in the cafeteria with Sue and he would come in & light up the room. Such a great sense of humor! I don't think he ever realized how much we all appreciated his friendship. It truly was an honor to work alongside him. Sending his family and friends my sincerest...

Rest In Peace.

Believe I speak for many at The Express/Express-Times who remember Bill for his quiet demeanor and willingness to help. I recall one time being caught in the newsroom during a snowstorm, and Bill along with at least one other person from the mailroom helped me get home, or actually drove me home. He and I left there about the same time; I'm sorry to have lost touch with him.

Lorraine/Sara, so very sorry for your loss.
