Rallis, 36, of Framingham, Massachusetts, a computer software engineer and project leader at Frontpath, Inc., in Billerica, Massachusetts, died at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts, on Friday, May 4, 2001, after being stricken ill earlier in the day. Calling hours are scheduled for Monday, May 7, 2001, 6-9 p.m., at Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street, Auburn, Massachusetts. Trisagion services are scheduled for Monday, during calling hours, at the funeral home. Funeral services are scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, May 8, at the funeral home. Mass will be offered on Tuesday, 10 a.m., at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street, Worcester, Massachusetts. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Auburn. I was shocked and deeply sorrowed to know the sad demise of Bill. He was a good friend of mine at SystemSoft. We also worked together for short period of time and he impressed me a lot.

I am so sorry to hear about Bill. He was a great guy, and engineer. As you may know, I worked with him from the early days of SystemSoft and learned a lot from him. I will always have fond memories of him. He was always fun to be around, and he knew how to make people relax under tense circumstances.
