It was an honor to serve under your leadership in the IKE. Under your tutelage I made Chief Petty Officer and became Surface Warfare Specialist qualified. Of my 30 years of Naval Service, you were the finest Commanding Officer I had the pleasure to serve under, bar none. Rest in peace Skipper.
