ELSIE,KAREN,TAMMY,ANNA, I WAS VERY SHOCKED TO HERE OF BILLY'S PASSING. MAY GOD COMFORT ALL OF YOU AT THIS VERY SAD TIME. I REMEMBER BILLY AS A LITTLE BOY GOING TO MAIDSTONE WITH HIS FATHER AND MY FATHER AND BROTHERS.

To Elsie, Karen, Tammy and Anna,
Billy has touched many lives, he worked hard, played hard and will be missed by us all.
You and his children will be in my prayers.
May you be surrouded by God's presence and love at this time.
