To the Rankin Family Sad news, I grew up in Hancock's Bridge with Billy and his family. So sorry to hear of his passing I remember he wanted me to shave his head for his high school graduation I did but I think his mom wanted to kill me.... he met my son in Bridgton a few years back he was surprised to find out I was his mom he said to my son "It sure is a small world..." Rest in peace my friend.
