William L. "Pop" Rapp

To the Family of William Rapp: We were all saddened to learn of Pop's passing. He was a gracious, kind and funloving friend who actively supported our LMAR events and activities. In his younger days he attended most all of our events and generally was one of the first to step up and volunteer to accomplish a needed program task. He will be missed by his LMAR family.
