Bill came into my life approx 50 yrs ago when he began dating my bestie of 55 yrs Louise, in any relationship you have rocky spots and those roads were smoothed out by the never-ending love of Bill & Louise. My love is with all the Ray family and my GOD be with YOU ALL.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I knew Bill in high school. He was a very nice guy. Sending prayers to the family.

I had the honor of meeting and dealing with Billy on several occasions while doing ceramic tile installations for a local contractor in the 90s. He often made me laugh in the morning when I was picking up supplies for my current job. I felt like I knew him forever yet felt honored at the same time that he took time out of his busy day to talk to me. He will be dearly missed by so many as he touched peoples lives in a remarkable way that is hard to describe.
