They knew each other since their teens and mom and dad always had nothing but good memories and things to say about the Reeds. Truly fine people. I was employed with W.R. Reed for several years. Bill Reed was the kindest human being I've ever known. I had a blast working there. And because Mr. Reed and management were the best, you put in 110 percent. I actually grew up there. I couldn't think of a better place to be. SO,SO many fond memories of that crew. Mr. Reed you have more than earned your spot in heaven. My regards to Mike and your grandchildren.

Bill Reed Senior was a close family friend for most of my adult life.
HIs oldest son Bil and I were school friends and spent time in Sisters in the 1970's.
He was an intelligent, kind and thoughtful man who cared deeply for family and friends. Both he and Hannah Lou welcomed all of us into their home.
I am grateful to have known him and been a part of his life.
