Not sure what to say?

I was moving some books around and and opened up my JFK High yearbook. When I saw a Mr. Reedy´s photo I googled him. Sad to hear he has left planet earth. I pray he did not suffer. My sincere wishes that your memories bring you comfort through the years. Mr. Reedy was passionate and knowledgeable about art! His talent extended to his students because he also possessed the ability to teach. He had a true teachers heart. I´m fortunate to have been his student! Blessings to his family and...

May you have peace and God 's tender care. Your dreams came true with your movies. I hope you found a place to film with no telephone lines.

On the first day of art class, Mr. Reedy read us a Haiku poem and asked us to draw with a piece of charcoal on a large white piece of paper something the poem made us think of.
My drawing was simple and looked much like true Japanese Sumi brush painting which I never studied.
I surprised myself and throughout my life I recognize the confidence that I have in my artistic attempts, is rooted in my art classes at JFK, Mr. Reedy taught!
Our condolences to the family.

The most positive influence on my life by any teacher. He will be dearly missed.

Bill shared the life of an Art Teacher with several wonderful teachers in Woodbridge Twp. Among them was Mr Frank Gubernat. Frank was, and is a Saint! Bill, Frank, Russ Brown and myself were on the committee that formed the Barron Art Center. R.I.P. Bill.

So much more than simply my teacher. He was a mentor to me in the artistic world, convincing me to be a fashion designer when I thought I wanted to be a stewardess or an art teacher. He changed my life. I will love him forever. Thank you Mr Reedy. RIP.
