I am sorry to hear of your father’s passing. He had an eye like a hawk in regards to his neighborhood. Never heard him get angry and was very pleasant to get to know him. Always a helping hand without asking! Since he moved to Phelps home for the senior citizens I always wondered how he was doing especially since everything was taken care of for him. I have fond memories of him riding his lawn mower and playing the guitar in his front porch, even a quick gig across the street at Lock #4!...
