William was born on April 15, 1926 and passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017. William was a resident of New York. Mr. Reiss was a proud veteran of the Navy Seabees who served during WWII. The Reiss family will be present from 3:00 - 5:30pm on Saturday April 29 at the MICHAEL S. TOMASZEWSKI FUNERAL CREMATION CHAPEL LLC at 4120 W. Main Street Road Batavia NY 14020 where Funeral Services will begin at 5:30pm followed by Military Honors.
