I remember interning at the Morning News one summer and always wondered who was responsible for keeping that huge press running and the paper always looked so good when it rolled off the end! So I went to find out and complimented him for his good work!

You could tell to him that it was a VOCATION, a privilege and an honor --not just "a job." It was what he was meant to do and he did it probably better than ANY press operator in the entire State of Texas!
