William S. Rich Jr., 73 of Lebanon, passed peacefully on Friday, April 5, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents William and Mattie Rich. William a Marine veteran, served during the Vietnam War and was a Sports Writer for (UPI) United Press International. He also enjoyed music and basketball....
