My condolences to Bill´s family. He wasn´t just one of my residents, he became a friend. We often chatted about being with the fire dept. His famous words to me "How´s everything at the Hose House" He always made me smile. You will be deeply missed

So very sorry to bills family, he was such a kind and sweet soul, he always knew how to make me laugh and his laugh was the best!

Dick was a true leader of NAPIA and a good friend. He had a steady hand on the industry. He listened well before he spoke and always asked great thoughtful questions. He contagious laugh could win anyone over to his thinking. A wonderful family man and friend. He will be missed. God bless Dick.

Bill was not just someone I took care of, he became family. He was such a kind and goofy guy, there really was nobody like him. I will remember him and his wonderful family, always.
