William E. "Gene" Rinehart

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to William and his family for his service to our country. You don't know me and I don't know you. But having served in the Army myself, I know that Gene's efforts while in the Navy during World War II were probably under-appreciated with the exception of his family and close friends.
