Bill and Roxanne were the best neighbors ever. I will never forget the mini pond he built the green house for the kitties the grape vines the long talks in their back yard. He probably didn't now how much those moments meant but they are forever in my heart.

So sorry for your loss Roxanne, Bill was good for our church. There is a link that death cannot sever, Love and remembrance will last forever. He will be remembered for a long time.
