Not sure what to say?

I was saddened to hear about Bill's passing but feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him and his family over the years. Bill was a true family man and a dedicated businessman, committed to making Cleveland Tool and Cutter a leader in the industry. I met Bill about 30 years ago and, at first, didn't know how to take him, but I slowly got to know him and his sense of humor. He was truly a great man and will be missed by everyone in the industry who knew him. Our thoughts and...

My thoughts and prayers to all the Ritchie family. It has been a joy to know 'Smiles'. Bill always made me laugh.

I am saddened by the death of my friend Bill. He reminded me of my father, a hard worker, a dry but great sense of humor, a dedicated family man, and fun to joke with. I enjoyed visiting him and Dorothy in their office and at church. I will miss him. Dorothy and family, you have my sincere condolences.

I first met Bill SR. about 30 years ago as a young radio sales rep. We clicked immediately. Cleveland Tool & Cutter was a wonderful account, but the family behind the company was even better. I've been able to enjoy almost 30 years with this great man & his company that will always be a highlight of my broadcast career. One seldom meets great clinets that become great friends. Rest well Senior - you will be missed so much. Love, Kelley

Sharon, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Thinking of you and keeping you and your family in my prayers.

The world has truly lost one of its best and the news of Bill's passing has left me deeply saddened. I met Bill as a business acquaintance some 35+ years ago but that quickly became a friendship that lasted a lifetime! An astute businessman, a devoted family man, a proud Dad, grandpa and great-grandpa, Bill´s persona was grounded in integrity, decency and honor. He was genuine, funny and had a (sometimes wicked) dry sense of humor! He was an exemplary man whose memory and friendship I...

Bill was one of a kind. I was just a sales rep that called on his business, but he always made me feel like family. He always gave me a hard time and I loved him for it. Bill will be sorely, sorely missed. Much love to the family.
