Not sure what to say?

Bill was very kind to me when I was a young reporter. He invited me to his regular lunches with Charlie Barsotti and a couple of Kansas City Star reporters. I was thinking of him today b/c when I covered my first school shooting (sadly, in 1985) I thought I was doing well to knock on neighbors' doors at 7 the next morning. Then I found Bill, whom I didn't yet know, had knocked at 6:30! My condolences on your loss of this fine man.

Bill, I miss so very much. I find solitude in knowing that you and Liz (Dale) your daughter and my wife of 32 years are together in a much better place. I know you two are having fun talking with each other now. Please give her a big hug and a kiss from me. My world has not been the same since I lost her and now you too. Walk with the glory of our Lord and rest peacefully. I love you. Julian

So glad we got to have a brief chat Bill. "Ar Dheis De Go mBeidh d'Anam."

My thoughts will always be with you "Speedy" (Bill). God Speed wherever you go. The memories of travels we had together will last forever.

He will always be remembered by us. We think of him often. Milton & Dele York

May you celebrate a life well-lived and cherish the many memories created along the way. May God's loyal love Comfort your heart at this difficult time. Psalm 59: 9,10

To the Robbins Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

He lived well. His ashes will be scattered off the coast at Pebble Beach, his favorite golf course. He is missed mightily.
