Bill was a kind and caring soul who always took care of his patients. His love for his family and for life was evident in his words and actions. I am fortunate to have known him for many years. I believe that he is at peace and I shall always remember him.

I knew Bill as a friend/co-worker at the Syracuse V.A. Medical Center. What an outstanding Nurse Anesthetist he was. The Veterans always came first and Bill was dedicated to their care, which includes me for minor hand surgery. Bill gave me a 'beer block' that lasted two days and after that I was pain free. Bill also gave me his beloved pet Chang Chi which I had for almost 13 years!! Rest in Peace Major Bill - I know you are now pain free, trouble free and your memories will stay for me...
