Bill was a great guy, no doubt about it. He always brought a smile to my face and I loved his infectious laugh. Eric, Sean, Shelly, and of course Mrs. Rose I want to extend my deepest condolences and thoughts to you all at this time of great loss.

Sean and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Sean, I know you had a lot of wonderful times with your Dad and you got your love of fishing and the outdoors from him. I hope you can find peace enjoying those activities and remembering him. Love you my friend.

I've only known Bill and Kathy for a year from Church. Bill started a garden last year and dove in head first with so much passion and enthusiasm . It worked out beautifully. We will work even harder this year to make him proud from Heaven! Sincere prayers and thoughts to Kathy and his wonderful family.

Bill was one of the most up beat and generous people I have had the pleasure to know. His love of life, rivers and especially fishing was infectious and a gift he readily shared. His contributions to the area will be felt by generations.

As long as I can remember Billy had an infectious smile. As a young child of 3 or so I remember being the Flower Girl in Billy and Kathy's wedding. Both Billy & Kathy made me feel so special. You are in my thoughts and prayers .
