Bill along with Peter Dangerfield and Dan Williams taught me fundamentals about how to be patient with masses of low info voters. Their help was also critical to the success of the 1st MLK Day Celebrations! These were rare and well-read mentors! I will remember Bill fondly, a rare breed sorely missed in these times!

Lead on 'Willie'. Rest In Peace!! Sylvia (Burrows) Morgan

Ethel you have my deepest sympathy for the loss of your beloved husband. I was so blessed to have known Bill and equally blessed to have served on the Housing Authority of New Orleans Board of Commissioners. Bill will forever be remembered. Carol Johnson

To Ethel and the Rouselle Family May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

My deepest condolences to the family. Prayers are going up for strength during their time of sorrow

Ethel, so sorry to hear of Bill's death. He was a very nice and very smart man. He will certainly be missed.

Prayers of God's comfort and peace to this family. Mr. Bill was a blessing and a mentor to so many. I thank God for our paths crossing when I was a young, naive , transplant to NOLA marketing professional. Not only did he teach me about the industry and in this market but how to navigate around and through it. I will always never thankful and grateful.
