Not sure what to say?

Just learned of Bill's untimely death and our loss. I remember Bill, Hal, Mrs Roy, and Coach 'Cotton' Roy. My family lived in West End near Jackson Elementary School and the Roy's were very active members of the Methodist Church in the community. We had a night when the youth group at the church swam in their pool. I was a few years older than Bill and had not seen him in a while but remember him and his family very well. Rest In Peace Bill!!

Always a kind word to me. Went to church, grammar school, and finished high school with Bill. Two years ago when I saw Bill, he brought up old fond memories that we had that I hadn't thought about in years. Rest in peace Bill.

Greatest quarterback ever at Glenn.

Indeed he was hilarious, but there was wisdom behind his words if you just took the time to listen. Personally, when I was a child he was always making me laugh and laughter is the greatest gift you can give. Uncle Bill had a Garden when I was a child and whenever I went to his house he would always take me out back to look at...

My heart was broken to hear the news about Bill. I lived across the street from him in West End, and we were great friends. So many happy memories!

My sincere condolences to the Roy family in the loss of your loved one. May you receive love and comfort from family and friends during this most difficult time. As you continue to reflect on your cherished memories of your loved one. Proverbs 17:17.
