Have been a neighbor for almost 19 years. He always had time to stop and talk when he was out walking his dogs. He would even stop and say hi to our dog if she was out. He will be greatly missed. One less smiling face in the neighborhood. RIP Bill.

I am so very sorry to hear of Bill´s passing. He was my wonderful neighbor for the past 22 years. I miss seeing him and his pugs Buddy and Smokey. Such and amazing and selfless person. He will be missed

I am truly sorry to hear that Bill passed and had to endure any suffering. He truly was a kind man. If only there were more people as gracious and warmhearted as he was, this world would certainly be a better place.
